Do I have to show up for the Group Sessions?
We highly recommend that you show up for the Monthly Group Sessions. They will provide access to navigating the course platform, plus additional EI learning is offered in each session. Hot Seat Coaching and of course Q & A. However, if for some reason you cannot attend
the Live Groups Sessions they are recorded for your convenience.

When does the 1:1 Sessions begin?
The 1:1 Sessions are built in throughout the program. To start, the 360 Leadership Discovery Session, 2 more options for support coaching throughout the 6-week virtual sessions, your coach may request a session with you if needed. The final 1:1 sessions follow the program to anchor in the learning lessons and support you in real life situations.
